Mobile Line is one of the largest cell phone accessories distributors on the West Coast. Their manual ordering process and website did not meet the needs of their B2B customers.
How We Helped
We implemented a B2B focused eCommerce website that included specific vendor account tracking and custom key features for partners in the network. Our solution included a customized back-office ordering module that allowed a service representative to walk a customer through the website and locate or up-sell products. This digital technology also permitted dealers to do their ordering after hours and eliminated language barriers. The website provided Mobile Line with a platform to introduce new products and tools to their dealers to demonstrate their expertise.
