In 2010, IBM selected Automatic as one of only a few agencies, for their Customer Experience Suite Agency Partner Program. This is a joint sales and marketing program for IBM clients and prospects who require world-class creative design running on top of IBM's solid enterprise platforms. Additionally, Automatic's software product IVX^TM, was selected as a "value-added technology" to include in the IBM Project Northstar offering. Project Northstar is IBM's vision and strategy for exceptional web experiences.
