VP Client Services
Location: San Diego, CA
Our Vice President of Client Services reports to the CEO and is a member of the company’s executive team. The VP of Client Services is a savvy executive with a proven track record of scaling service organizations to new levels of success. The candidate will possess strong business skills and will be responsible for the direction and management of all client service functions, including hiring, training, process automation, and client management best practices. Our VP of Client Services is responsible for improving both customer satisfaction and service delivery efficiency that will result in high customer retention and growth.
Our ideal candidate works well in an entrepreneurial environment with other highly driven colleagues and possesses a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to working with data. General management experience and maturity in working with senior level clients in dynamic, high stakes, high profile environments is required in addition to a proven track record for delivering on or exceeding revenue goals. Our Client Services leader has an ability to assess client needs effectively and preemptively with a knack for constructing and delivering senior level client presentations that ‘tell the story’ using data.
