Senior Art Director

Location: San Diego, CA

As our Senior Art Director you are an ambitiously driven self-starter who strives to be on the leading edge of developing technology and the social media evolution. Your responsibilities will range from exploration, conceptual & visual development, and final execution of internal and client design directions to the daily management of your department.

Our ideal candidate is a visionary leader with the ability to not only motivate but do so with intelligence, humility, and charisma. You must possess a strong passion to seek a deep understanding of the client's business, brand, and marketing objectives. You are extremely immersed in digital culture and online social media with a strong understanding of time estimation and budget development.

Are you qualified for this important position within our growing agency? Do you have 5-8 years senior creative experience with emphasis on branding and technology? Do you have stellar design samples that showcase your clean, sophisticated design? Do you have expert knowledge of software and applications used to develop websites? Do you have solid experience and understanding of User Interface Design, Social Design, E-commerce Design and Application Design? Do you have 3+ years of agency experience? And lastly, do you have a sense of humor and good personality?
